Our Providers
Laura C. Lima MSN, NP-BC
Laura is a board certified Adult Acute Care and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with a subspecialty in Cardiology. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 2 decades, beginning her career as a certified nursing assistant at a local nursing home. She went on to receive her BSN from St. Anselm College of Nursing in 2003.
After working as a bedside nurse, leader, and preceptor on a Cardiac Unit, she earned her Masters degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2012. She worked as a Pulmonary/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner until she found her passion in Vascular Surgery. She has a vast knowledge of arterial and venous disease, as well as management of medically complex patients and wounds. Laura went on to receive her certification in both Injectable Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers.
Laura is the recipient of a local Community Award for precepting Nurse Practitioner students. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Patricia Baptiste, MSN, NP-BC
Patricia Baptiste is a board certified Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a subspecialty in Critical Care. She received her BSN with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2001 and started her career as an ICU nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital. After working in Boston for over 8 years, she returned to the Southcoast, working as a bedside Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse at a local Community Hospital.
She went on to receive her MSN with honors from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2014. Patricia has many years of surgical experience in both General and Vascular Surgery. She went on to receive her certificate in both Injectable Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers and joins New Age Healthcare & Wellness with a great amount of experience.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys running marathons and spending time with family and friends.
Amanda Reis, RN
Amanda is a board certified Registered Nurse. She started her career in healthcare over 13 years ago working as a certified medical assistant. After taking a position in the emergency department of her community hospital, Amanda fell in love with emergency medicine and decided to advance her education and graduated from NEIT in 2018. She is currently working as a bedside nurse in her local emergency department, where she feels honored to serve her friends, family, and community.
In early 2022, Amanda obtained her certificate in dermal fillers and injectable neuromodulators at Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc. in Boston, MA. Blending over six years of nursing expertise Amanda approaches aesthetic medicine with unmatched attention to detail and a safety first mindset. Her experience has shaped her into a careful, steady injector who prioritizes both beautiful outcomes and patient well-being.
When she is not working she can be found enjoying quality time with her husband and daughter. Amanda comes from a large Portuguese family and enjoys gardening and cooking for her family.
Ashley Brown RN
Ashley Brown is a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse with more than two decades of experience in the healthcare field. She began her journey as a medical assistant and phlebotomist before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Bristol Community College, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Salve Regina University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nursing, reflecting her passion for lifelong learning and professional growth.
Ashley spent ten years at Women & Infants Hospital, where she honed her clinical expertise and developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care. After a rewarding decade in hospital nursing, she made a meaningful career shift to school nursing and now proudly serves her community as a high school nurse. She also provides care at a local summer camp, extending her compassion and skill to children and families outside the classroom.
Her passion for wellness and beauty led her to pursue aesthetic nursing, where she trained with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc. in Boston, MA, and obtained her certification in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Ashley blends her medical knowledge with an artistic eye to help clients look and feel their best, always emphasizing natural, confidence-boosting results.
Known for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence, Ashley provides safe, personalized, and high-quality care to every patient she meets.
When she’s not caring for patients, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, traveling, discovering new restaurants as a true foodie, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
